The natural world offers a gentle but profound form of healing in the flower remedies, discovered in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach.
The remedies hold the essence of the plant, and enable you to tap into the therapeutic power of nature, to achieve balance and well-being. Dr Bach understood that the real cause of illness and unhappiness comes primarily from the emotions. The flower remedies act to bring harmony and counteract many conditions, such as fear and uncertainty.
There are 38 remedies in total, for Dr Bach found these covered the full spectrum of human problems. Remedies can also be combined, to treat more complex conditions.
Bach Flower Remedies are totally benign, with no side effects. They involve the pure and beautiful gifts of nature. The only contra-indication for the remedies may be in the case of a person recovering from alcoholism, for the remedies are preserved in brandy.
Bach Flower Remedies may be prescribed after a confidential counselling session, where your true needs can be identified. They are administered as drops, which you may take directly on the tongue or in a glass of water.
I have 25 years clinical experience in counselling, treating a wide variety of conditions such as anxiety, depression and many others. I trained in Bach Flower Remedy therapy in 2004, with the Dr Edward Bach Foundation, as another means to offer personal empowerment, harmony and healing.
